Brief Introduction of Tigrinya Language

Tigrinya is a Semitic language primarily spoken in Eritrea and the Tigray Region of Ethiopia. It belongs to the Ethiopian Semitic branch of the Afro-Asiatic language family, alongside languages like Amharic and Tigre. With approximately 7 million speakers, Tigrinya serves as one of the official languages of Eritrea and is widely used in government, education, and media.
