Brief Introduction of Punjabi or Panjabi Language

Punjabi or Panjabi is an Indo-Aryan language spoken primarily in the Punjab region of South Asia, which is divided between India and Pakistan. With over 100 million speakers worldwide, it ranks as one of the most widely spoken languages globally. Punjabi has several dialects, with Majhi being the standard dialect used in literature and media. It is written in the Gurmukhi script in India and the Shahmukhi script in Pakistan, both of which are derived from the ancient Brahmi script.
